Fermentation in stainless steel tank, 25% of new tank. Aging in French oak barrel, 30% of old barrels. 22.5K true gold glitter added before the shipment.

Tasting notes
Behind an amazingly bright foam hides a nice golden adornment, fresh with lemon reflections. Bubbles are thin and abundant, covering all the glass’s surface in a wide column.
On the nose, the aromas are fresh and intense. There are notes of acid and pulpy peach, fresh hay, citrus and white flower. Different notes of biscuit and spices can also be sensed.
The palate is dominant fresh with feelings of crunchy fruits and sweet flowers. This magnificent explosion of tastes ends on a sweet peach note.
This wine shall be served cool, 10°C to 12°C and rested under ideal cellaring conditions.

“Or Addict” Cuvee Rosé éclat has a deep pink hue with shades of black cherry slightly tending to deep purple.
On the nose, deep and intense aromas of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry with little notes of cassis for the finish.
On the palate, gourmet aromas of red fruits backed with light hints of acidity. Generous and meaty, this wine offers a long aromatic persistence.
